My blood was ablaze and I was ready to kill. It’s not that Gail was his ex, but it was her act of trying to use her s*x appeal to sway some compassion from Vance. Then, when I gripped her to teach her a lesson, he held me back and Duke took her ten feet away from me. Does he still love this woman?
“Are you trying to kill me because I’m his ex-girlfriend, Luna?” Gail spat out contemptuously, Duke held one of her arms behind her back tightly.
