TWENTY-FOUR June 11 12:17 p.m.From the bench, Judge Savage announced, “Our last case on the morning civil case management calendar is Largo Mechanics v. Benton Harvesting.” “Good morning Your Honor, David McAndrews for Plaintiff Largo Mechanics.” “Joyce Graydon for Defendant Benton Harvesting, Your Honor.” “So where are we on this case? Are both sides ready for a trial date?” “We are, Your Honor,” Joyce Graydon offered. “We also think that mediation might help the parties get the matter resolved now that discovery is complete.” “Mr. McAndrews, are you in agreement?” “Yes, Your Honor.” “Okay, the court’s disposition will be sixty days from today to complete mediation. The court will give you a return date in sixty to seventy days out. Ms. Clerk, what date can we give these folks?”
