“What are you doing here?” Lane asks, both he and Jacqueline sitting up on the bed, but Kyler ignores his father and stops in front of his mother, who gets off the bed.
“What the hell did you say to her?! Did you say all those cruel things to her?” Kyler bellows, shaking, and Jacqueline says she did what Kyler failed to do while Lane floods the room with light.
“You have no right to control my life!” He says he’s an adult and can do whatever he wants, but Jacqueline cuts him off, telling him he needs to act like an adult.
