Chapter 16

Johnny's pov

I slowly opened my eyes as Steve unconsciously pulled me closer to him. I smiled as soon as I realized that it wasn't a dream. I buried my face on his chest and started to be emotional. I didn't even realize that I was crying loud enough for Steve to wake up. "Johnny? What's the matter? Are you hurt somewhere?" he asked as he suddenly sat up and start to panic. "Did I roll over you last night? Perhaps, I moved closer to you that you didn't have enough space-"

"Okay, okay stop." I chuckled while I wipe my tears. "I'm just happy," I smiled and hug him tighter.

"I guess I'll be seeing you guys again next time," Reiven smiled. As 2 weeks passed by quickly, Reiven goes back to his home in Hawaii with Blake. He was taking a month off school since his parents were moving from one place to another because of their jobs. But after realizing how exhausting the moving is, Blake and Reiven decided to live together.

"Contact us when you already arrived in Hawaii," I said as I gave them both a hug. "I guess everything turned out well, huh?" he chuckled. As the others said their goodbyes, they once again thanked us and walk away. While we were crossing the street, Steve took my hand and entwined his on mine. "How about we'll go on a date after this?"

"Hmmm, coffee date?" I enthusiastically asked as my eyes sparkled. He chuckled as he nodded in agreement. "After coffee, we can go to the amusement park or we can just take the coffee out and go on a trip? Just the two of us," he smiled as he pulled my head and kiss my forehead. "Yes, please." I laughed.

Ace's pov

While Steve and Johnny goes on a trip, I decided to clean my room with the help of Austin. Austin decided to clean my closet while I do the beds and under it. "Babe, who is this?" Austin asked as he gets a frame from the box which seemed to be kept well by me. As he gave me the frame, I somehow smiled a little as I remembered Laura, my ex. As I think about it, I also fell in love with her. "My... cousin," I lied.

Laura and I dated for 3 years in middle school. We were childhood friends since we used to live in an apartment in the city but she had to move to New York which made us break up. We both don't like LDR relationships and plus, we were quite young. We somehow kept in contact after she moved but we haven't been talking for the past year or even asked each other if something's wrong or whatnot.

"Okay," he nodded. He seemed unsatisfied with what I said. I sighed and hug him from behind. "What?" He asked.

"Nothing," I said "You just seemed unsatisfied with my answer,"

"No, I'm not. " he stubbornly answered and pouted. As I chuckled, he glare at me and stand up as he suddenly pushes me on bed and lie down above me. He wrapped his arms around my waist as he buried his face on my chest. "You smell good," he sniffed.

"Really... you," I slide down my hand towards his a*s and grope it. "You really know how to make me lose my mind," I whispered. He giggled as he look up to me and slightly push himself up to meet with my lips.

As I woke up next to Austin, I quietly get out of bed to make sure he will not wake up. I took a bath and change my clothes with my plain black shirt and denim jeans. As soon as I was done, I sat beside him while I get my phone and took a picture of him but I forgot to turn off the flash which woke him up.

"Hmmm?" He moans and slowly crawl towards me.

"Wake up, baby. Good morning! We're going to the park today, aren't we??"

"Yeah," he smiles as he kiss my lips "Good morning,"

"C'mon now," I kiss his forehead as stand up and slowly walk towards the bathroom. After he took a bath, he change with his white shirt that has black Japanese word printed on it. As pulls up his shorts, his perfectly shaped a*s was showing as I mumbled "Sexy, " He suddenly covers his beat red face with his hands "Don't make me feel embarrassed all the time please?"

I reached for his hand and slightly pull him towards me. I slide down my hand until I reached his a*s and grope it. He bit his lower lip while I turn him on more. "An hour won't hurt, " I whispered. He sat on my lap and wrap his arms around my neck. I started taking off his shirt and devour him again.

As we arrived in the park, I bought an unlimited ticket for rides while Austin bought tickets for unlimited food stalls and restos. After we rode 2 rides, we decided to take a break in the nearest cafe. My eyes landed while looking around on a girl with wavy, brown hair and hazel brown eyes.

"Ace?" She said as our eyes met and walk towards us. My eyes widen as she approached us.

"Laura," I said as I gave her small hug. "How have you been? What are you doing here? "

"I missed you," she said "I got a month off from school so I decided to visit and I was just about to call you,"

"I missed you too, " I said "How long has it been? 3 years?"

"3 and a half, I think." She said. "I never thought we'll be meeting here!"

"Oh right," I said "Where's your mom and dad? I haven't seen them as well,"Austin gently pulled my sleeve and asked "Who?"

I looked at Laura and gave her a look that says 'Please play along' I look back to Austin and said "Laura's my cousin, " I said "Remember that frame?"

Austin's pov

"Oh," I said "I remembered. Austin Scott, Ace's-"

"Best friend," he interrupted. I raised my eyebrow and looked at Ace who didn't even hesitated. Bestfriend, huh? I wonder why this whole cousin thing feels wrong

"Y-yeah, best friend." I said.

"Laura Huckleberry, " she smiled "You guys done yet? Do you guys mind showing me around?"

"Ah sure no problem, " Ace said as he hurriedly stood up and stumble a bit. 

"Clumsy as ever, " she laughs. I wasn't done with my coffee and yet Ace and Laura started walking away already. I sighed and walk along with my coffee. They are cousins but they look good with each other. As they were looking around the stalls, I decided to stay where I was standing and lose them in the crowd. It's not like they'll notice anyway.

I quickly grab a cab and soon got home with nothing but disappointment. This was suppose our date but why the hell did he have to agree to her? I get that she's a family or is she?

"Hey mom," I greeted "You're back early. Is dad here?"

"Present!" My dad shouted. I nodded and slightly smiled as I drag myself up to my room. "You okay?" Mom asked. "I thought you and Ace were having a date? Was it postponed?"

"More like interrupted," I sighed "I'll be in my room so just call me if you guys need something,"

"Sure thing, honey."

Entering my room, I slammed my body on the bed and began to feel more exhausted. "Why does she even have to be here?" I groaned. I was about to be emotional and have some drama on my own when my phone started ringing. "What now?"

"Austin?" Ace panted through the phone "Where are you?"

"Home,"

"What? I thought we were suppose to ride more?" he said "I thought you were kidn*pped! Or worse maybe some pulled you by force."

"Why don't let your 'cousin' ride you instead?" I mumbled behind.

"Did you say something?"

"Nothing," I said "By the way, tomorrow's a saturday so I was thinking-"

"Ahh about that," he interrupted "Laura and I planned to go to the beach. Wanna tag along?"

"Tag along? Am I your friend?" I said "The ones who are suppose to have plans like that is 'us', don't you think?" I was more pissed when he gave silence as a reply. "You know what? Why don't the both of you enjoy you day and maybe make some babies along the way?" I said and end the call.

I was surprised when I wake up as Ace was already beside me, wrapping his arms around me. I gently touched his shoulder to make sure he's real. "You're really here, huh?" I sighed and get my phone to check the time. "2am," I whispered. I slightly shake him and said "It's 2 am, it's time for you to go to the beach." I said

"Hmm?" he groaned as he look at me with sleepy eyes. "I won't go," he said as he slowly sat up "Not until you'll come along,"

"I don't want to," I said "Have fun with Laura," I rolled my eyes and was about to walk out but he quickly grab and pulled me back as I end up sitting on his lap. He wrap his arms around my waist.

"Okay fine," he agreed "But not until you smile,"

I looked at him as if I was done and smiled without my eyes. "Happy?" I asked "Now go,"

"No," he hugged tighter. "Why are you mad in the first place?"

"Nothing," I said "It's dumb, stupid, uneducated, foolish-"

"I asked why were you mad and not the synonym of dumb,"

I sighed and crawl down beside him as I cover myself in my blanket. "I was just jealous of your cousin which is so weird to say cause she's your cousin," I said as I bury myself more on the sheets. "I know she's a family but it's really weird for me to say that you two look good with each other,"

Why the hell is he giving me the silent treatment? "Hey, say something."

"...sorry," he quietly said. "I gotta go," I quickly removed the blanket above me and sat up. He kissed me on the forehead and walk away without saying more. It's really weird. The way he's acting and the way they are close with each other.

"Is she really?" I sighed.
