My body slammed into the slightly open door to the office causing it to fly open and slam against the wall, creating a hole in the wall due to the handle.
“Ashton Lewis Horwood! Do not damage my Office!” My mother stood and slammed her fists on the desk. She stared at me with her eyes cold and demeaning, daring me to speak back to her.
She took away my mate, she did not deserve the respect she was demanding from me.
