Days passed without a single lead as to the location of Ashton's father. It was quite easy to tell that we were winning as we had pushed further and further into the enemy territory. However, due to the well-known rules of wolves, the war is not considered to be won unless the enemy Alpha is murdered. Ashton was confident that this would be achieved by the end of the week, allowing us to go home to our son.
