Months passed since my eyes laid onto my mate. My health plateaued, and then began to slowly get better as my stomach grew. Jacob and I spent months together, walking through the trails and regaining my strength. We sat at the top of a small hill on a plaid blanket. The sky shone with different colours of oranges and pinks. The scene looked to be from a water painting. Jacob had packed fruit and non alcoholic wine as a celebration of health.
