CHAPTER 2: MILITARY CAMP
Victor woke up that morning in the deep jungle of Nigola to attend to his daily routine. He had been a child soldier for rather many months now and although he felt a little sad every day, one thing that gave him joy in the military camp was Cynthia his lover. She always gave him the strength to believe in the future everyday. The soldiers marched them out for their normal exercise but to his surprise, they were not doing any exercises today, rather, they were marching to a different place. As usual, the soldiers did not tell the children exactly where they were marching to and of course no one dared to ask.
