What this boy said somewhat jolted him back into reality. The pain he felt in his body had made him to forget completely that some people are watching over him. The boy stepped away from him and lifted the dirty grey bag from the floor. By now, some of the diamonds had fallen out of the bag and his new found friend had to help him put the diamonds in the bag. The boy went about his task with total efficiency and in no time he was carrying the bag. To his surprise, they boy carried not only his bag but also Victor’s bag on his shoulders. What was more surprising to him was the fact that he had the strength to carry two bags at once as it was not easy carrying one bags, let alone two. He was relieved anyway as his ribs were still aching and he badly needed someone to carry the goods for him.
