April 9: On travel, but I don’t remember where to. Anyhow, just before we landed, I got to chatting with my seatmate, a young woman named Jessie, who lives on Capitol Hill and is studying (Master’s level) to be a family therapist. She ended up getting the whole story and was fascinated (gosh, what nice change!) She not only really liked me, and liked my tale, but called me sweet. Sigh, another misfire for Studly, but I’ll take it. She had also just started Al-Anon, duh…I’ve only been in Al-Anon well, um, almost thirty years I’ve been using the principles.
