Chapter - 24

I will find out what you're hiding, Blaze. I will find out, whether you want me to or not.

As I was driving, I saw people rushing into their houses. I wonder why. It's only 9 pm. People that are in the store are running to get out as fast as possible as if they are getting supplies for a lockdown. As I was driving, I saw people pushing each other.

What the hell is going on? Is there going to be a war or something? Like seriously. Everyone is running as fast as possible.

I continued to drive to his house, looking around, only to see everyone running with a bunch of bags. When I left the city and drove through the woods,

As I was driving, I had this weird feeling that someone was looking at me or it was just a hallucination because I'd been driving in the woods for almost two hours.

Finally, I arrived at his house. I parked my car and looked at the time. It was 30 minutes until midnight.

I got out of the car, locked it, and went to the front door. Like always, Alphas have f*****g huge houses. Like geez, no need to show off. But this house is way bigger than the other Alpha houses that I've seen.

I rang the doorbell and I heard stuff moving inside. After a few minutes, the door opened to reveal Vince.

"Karma!? What the hell are you doing here? Didn't we tell you not to come?"

"You told me you wouldn't drive me here so... I drove myself here."

"Well, that was a dumb move. Get inside, it's almost midnight."

"Okey. I wanted to ask you why people were rushing to their houses at 9 pm?" I asked him as I walked inside and he closed the door behind me. Locking it.

"Oh, uh... Well, you see... Um..."

"Yea?" I asked, getting annoyed already. "Just spill it, Vince"

He bit his lower lip and shook his head. "Um... How about... you ask... uh... Blaze..?"

"Fine, where is he? I have a lot of questions to ask him already."

He scratched the back of his neck. "well, um... He's not here..."

"Then where is he?"

"He's out?"

"Out where?"

"I don't know!" He froze as he realized that he had just yelled at me. "I-I'm sorry, Luna"

"Firstly, I'm not Luna. Secondly, I accept your apology."

"Now, let me show you the room you will stay in."

"I'm not staying," I said with a stern voice.

"You can't leave. It's too dangerous."

"Why? What's so dangerous?"

He sighed. "Just, don't. Now let's go."

We went to the elevator and he pressed the button for the top floor. When we got off, he led me to Blaze's room.

"Stay in the room and, whatever you do, DO NOT open the door."

Before I could ask him a question, he closed the door and locked it from the outside. I sighed and jumped on the bed.

Where is Blaze? Why is Vince telling me not to leave this room? Why is it dangerous to go out?

I have a lot of questions, but only Blaze can answer them since Vince isn't telling me anything.

After a few minutes of thinking, I lay in his bed and fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of a growl. I opened my eyes and turned on the side lamp to see nothing in my room. I got out of bed and walked to the window.

I looked through it and saw nothing. Then I heard screaming.

I thought no one was allowed to be here.

I looked around and still didn't see anything, I only heard screaming. I sighed and walked to the balcony, luckily Vince didn't lock it.

As I walked out on the balcony I saw a girl. She was bleeding. Just as I was about to yell at her to come here, I heard a growl from the woods around me. She ran towards the house but sadly she fell. I saw her more clearly now.

Long, straight black hair, but her clothes were ripped, as someone scratched her with their claws. She was bleeding. Then I looked towards the woods and saw a giant wolf.

It was all black with a white spot. His eyes were, I think, black. He's bigger than an Alpha. He growled at the girl.

I heard her yelling.

"Please... Don't! I have a sister! She only has me, please! Please don't kill me! I won't tell them I saw you, please! You have to have a heart! Like a heart for your mate! Please don't!" She pleaded. As she crawled backward.

The wolf stopped and looked at her. I sighed in relief that the wolf wouldn't kill her. Just as I thought that the wolf lunged at her. Ripping her head off in a second.

A gasp escaped my mouth and the wolf looked up. I looked into his eyes. Red. That's all I saw until he growled at me. I quickly ran into the room, closing the balcony door behind me.

What the hell was that wolf? Where is Blaze?! He's still out there... Oh god. This can't be happening.

The silence was all I heard. I sighed in relief. Thank god. As I sat on the bed, I heard a loud crash. I quickly jumped up.

I heard growling. Then stuff breaking, then silence.

This seriously sounds like a horror movie, except I'm inside it.

I heard walking. No, not someone walking in shoes. Like a wolf's paws. That kind of walking. It stopped at the door.

I froze. I didn't move, not even an inch.

The door was knocked down, causing me to fall on the floor.

There, in front of me stood the wolf. Black as midnight. The white spot is shining like a flash. His eyes were black with red. Just like...

Just like Blaze's eyes were.

~~~Flashback Of the Dream~~~

I was standing in the middle of the woods, I heard someone walking and I began to run. I didn't look back, I just ran as fast as possible. I was running until I saw a hatch in the middle of the field. I ran towards it but before I could reach it I was pulled back.

"Why were you running, princess?" The guy spun me around so I could face him.

"W-Who are y-you?"

He takes my hand and kisses it. "The name is Bane. Don't tell me you forgot about me, Mate"

"I wish it was that easy to forget you."

He put my hand on his chest where the heart is. "That hurt Princess" I scoffed at that. "Don't you remember what you did? It's your fault I did that to you, but you didn't have to reject me in front of everyone.

"I'm sorry I did that to you, but you deserved that Bane."

"Did I?"

"Yes, yes you did. You were the one that cheated on me, you were the one that said you didn't need me."

I was pushed to the ground and he was on top of me. He started kissing my neck, going lower with every kiss.

"Your mine Karma, you know that. I'm everything you always wanted," he said with a smirk.

"You are nothing compared to Blaze", I smirked at him.

"Blaze? He's your new mate? Don't even joke about that. A Prince wouldn't want a pathetic girl like you. They only use you."

"You mean you are using me."

I pushed him off me and stood up, only to be pulled back and kissed on the lips. When I pulled back for air, I saw who kissed me. I didn't mind him kissing me. I rested my head on his chest. I can't lie. I love how Blaze is always making me feel safe in his arms. I like that but I don't want him to know that.

"If you touch my mate again, I won't think twice before snapping your neck," Blaze said. I saw his possessive eyes. Mixed with red? Why is there red in his eyes?

Before Bane could replay, I was picked up bridal style and carried away from there.

~~~End Of Flash Back of the dream~~~

Its eyes... Just like the ones I dreamt of, but Blaze had them... Is it possible that... Blaze was the Mythical werewolf..?

I remembered Blaze's words.

'When I turn, don't make sudden movements.'

I stood still. The wolf looked straight into my eyes. I felt the wolf shoot daggers at me. It came closer. I closed my eyes slowly. When I opened them, the wolf's head was inches away from my face.

"Blaze..." I said slowly and softly.

He growled. It's not Blaze...or it's his wolf...

"Are you Blaze's wolf..?"

He nodded. I sigh.

"Are you going to kill me..?"

He turned to the door and there wasn't anyone there. When he turned back to me, I slowly raised my hand to it and he rested his head on my hand.

I smiled. He closed his eyes. When he opened them he had beautiful golden eyes that were just hard to look away from.

I was staring into his eyes when I heard Vince and Max calling my name. Which causes Blaze's wolf to growl.

I looked at the door to see Vince and Max standing still. They started to lower themselves on the ground slowly as in obeying the wolf.

"Angelo, she's yours, relax. We won't touch her." Max said slowly.

I started rubbing my hand against his fur. Which causes the wolf to quickly look at me.

After a while of silence, the wolf suddenly stood up.

He started to growl, and shake his head. I looked outside and saw the sunrise. The wolf looked at me one last time and I heard bones breaking. After a few minutes, he changed into his human form.

Blaze. He was the Mythical werewolf. But when he changed back he was still in his clothes. Not like I want to see him naked, but how is that possible?

Vince and Max looked at me apologetically. They lifted him and put him on the bed.

"Is it time to answer my questions now? Since I could have died"

"Um... We can't answer them only Blaze can. We're sorry, but we don't want to die by his hand," Max said, looking down.

I sighed and got up from the floor. "I'm going to school. I don't want to be late"

"Don't!" Vince said quickly.

"And why not?"

"Um... Can you just stay with Blaze? We will talk to the principal, just please stay with him..."

I sigh but nod. I saw them smiling and they left the room.

The door was still broken. I sigh in frustration. I went to the other side of the bed. I looked closely at him. I saw tattoos on his neck. Without thinking, I unzipped his jacket. My jaw dropped.

His whole body was filled with tattoos. They were like mine but just a little different. I looked at his neck. My name was on his neck. It was black, but with red surrounding the black.

Before I could finish looking at the tattoos, I was pulled into bed with him.

I felt my cheeks heat up. His arm was around my waist, holding me tightly against his chest. As I was about to fall asleep, I heard someone walk into the room. I looked up to see Lia walking in with a smirk.

"Wipe that smirk off, Lia."

"Fun killer"

"Yeep"

"Anyway, Max told me about this. So the door will be fixed by tonight" She gave a sweet smile and I nodded.

She walked towards the door before leaving, turning around towards us. She smirked and left the room.

I sighed and fell asleep.

I woke up and switched myself to a pillow. I stood up and looked at him. I went to the closet and saw half the clothes for girls, half for him, I guess.

I walked up to some of the clothes with the letter K. I walked over to a red dress, it had the letter K.

It took half an hour to look at all the clothes and all of them had the letter K.

Did he buy all of these for me? No, why would he?

"Maybe because he loves us!?" I felt her smirk.

"Don't get your hopes up Shadow" As I said that, I felt her block me out.

I walked out of the closet and saw Blaze sitting on his bed.

He looked at me with wide eyes.

"Hello, Mr.Mythical werewolf" I smirked at him. He froze, he didn't even move.

"You have a lot of questions to answer," I said.

This is it. All I have to do is ask him and he will have to answer my questions.

All the questions that kept piling up will be answered.

This was the moment I was waiting for. This is it.
