Royce's POV
It was almost eight in the evening when I arrived home. As I entered the sala, I saw dad and mom sitting on the sofa bed. I thought they were already sleeping because they were used to be in bed at eight.
"Hi dad, mom!", I approached and kissed mom's cheek, then turned to dad and gave him a slight hug.
"Hello son, how are you? You looked so haggard, is there something wrong?", mom asked curiously while intently looking at me. I set aside my briefcase and sat beside her on the sofa bed.
"Son, whatever it is, you need to tell us", dad spoke calmly.
"Hmm. Don't worry, our housemaids were already in their quarter, so it's safe for us to talk about private matters", he added.
"Royce, son, what is it?", mom asked again and held my hand.
