Lana's POV I watched in horror as Gabbi's gray wolf, Senna, climbed back to its feet, long teeth bared in a snarl against the ominous figure. Although the impact had knocked the air out of me, I felt a chilling clarity return as I realised what was happening. The figure's hands were as pale as death, and the air suddenly felt much colder.
