Three years later, the city lights looked different to Amelia. They weren't as sharp, or maybe her eyes had changed. Either way, when her car passed the river and the skyline came into view, she felt something she hadn't felt in a long time. Peace. “Almost there," her manager, Grace, said from the front seat. “The sponsor booked the whole restaurant. Very grand." Amelia looked out the window. Three years. Three years since the video.
