   "I'm sorry, miss, but you can't exactly be in here unless you're of some relation to any of the deceased," said the mortician.     "No, you aren't listening to me," I cried, sobbing shamelessly. "I need to find my friend... he was listed under the red as Uncertain... what does it mean? What does all of it mean? Somebody please tell me!"
