I stepped off the empty elevator, my combat boots gently thumping against the tiled floor as I strolled casually to the corner that lead to the main lounge. There were people there. I wondered why they were still up these early hours of the morning. I peeked around the corner and found Leith, still slouched over on the couch, sleeping.
