Chapter Ten Sitting in the passenger seat of Mark’s Jeep, riding in silence, was anything but uncomfortable. Being with him was easy in so many ways. Billy Jo took in the winding long driveway after the electronic gates that had opened automatically, ending in a huge two-story house with lots of glass and brick. “No one’s sneaking up on anyone here,” Mark said as he pulled up and parked in front of the house by a three-car garage. The driveway was stone pavers, and the front door was all glass.
