Summary

Daniel a rich man very handsome always had a cold expression on his face . People thought he was simply ungrateful to God for he had all the money and wealth one could have but what they did not know was that he lacked some things love, happiness and freedom on his own life. His father only cared that he should raise the family business and make new ties in the business world. His own life was like an empty room until and accident came up he and he loss his memories.

After Kaira saved Daniel from his accident ,she changed everything thing in his life,she brought all the things he had looked for a long time without finding

"Sunc have you ever been happy?" Daniel asked his assistant

" Yes sir I am very happy when I am with my wife and daughter"

" please sir take care of my family" was the last sentence Sunc said before his death.

Chapter 1

(Daniel POV)

"Dad I am tired of all these business trips you keep telling me to go comme on I am not still a boy for you to order around . For God's sake I am turning twenty eight soon!" I told my father,angry as he was and even angrier than he was . My father had a very big ego he trained me to have no emotions and no heart . He only taught me to live ,eat,walk,think, sleep infact do everything as a business man. I went to study business as my dad wanted later I joined him in the business world. Sometimes I felt imprisoned in my own world , I had no friends only subjects . I did not know what people called happiness. He sent me to a small town for business interactions with a partner who was to provide raw materials for the construction projects . Chin Jude my father looked at me with angry eyes before answering " Yeah you think I pressure you too much? if not to make your mother regret to have abandoned you at a very young age do you think I would be doing all these? Do you forget her beloved son is working harder than you just to compete with you and be at the top of business in this city?"

" Yes here you go again I know I have rivals but that woman son is not the only rival I also deserve some rest. Fine I will go" I said to my father with greeted teeth stumping out of the Chin mansion angrily. My father made me a workaholic and I didn't even have the right to complain. All the times I tried to talk with him he used my mother Ken Gilda who had abandoned me at a very young age and has had another son . My father said he wanted me to take revenge but the money we had was already enough to bring down my mother , he was simply too greedy.

As soon as I left the mansion, Sunc my assistant tailed behind me with a small suitcase . Sunc kept the suitcase at the back of the car I entered the car on my own. Sunc sat in the driver seat and we drove off. We were going to the the small town to meet the partner. I had enough of it at least Sunc was constantly with me and I would open up to him when I had more than I could bear "Sunc have you ever been happy?" I asked him . Sunc looked at the review mirror I could see a smile on his face "yes sir I am always happy when I am with my wife and daughter " I nodded in my back seat I wish I could be happy as Sunc, l was lost thinking if l could be like Sunc he was just an assistant but had all what I lacked. Suddenly everything changed a car was coming straight at us in high speed .Sunc tried to dutch but it was too late we had a head-on collision with the other car . I heard Sunc barely breathing before saying " please sir take care of my family" " Sunc what rubbish are you saying, you must stay alive with me" I tried getting out of the car but I could not I was blocked in my seat and my vision started to become blurry an I became unconscious .

(Kaira POV)

I went to look for medical plants doctor Song asked for doctor Song was my adoptive. At first , I lived in town with my father and mother untill the unfortunate accident were both my parents lost their lives occurred. Dr Song was a good friend to my father ,took me in as his own child after my parents dead and took great care of me.

I was coming back with the medicinal plants when I saw two cars colliding the two cars were heavily affected by the accident as the front of the cars became very twisted. l trew the medicinal plants and ran to the cars . Unfortunately only one person from the two cars was barely breathing the others were dead . I quickly dragged the one barely breathing out of the car.Few seconds later, the cars caught fire I watched at the fire consuming the cars and the people inside.I dragged the man away from the flames. I then used my basic knowledge of medicine to stop the bleeding he had on the head I left him on the spot after the bleeding have subsided and ran home to call for help. Stronger people came as ordered by doctor Song to carry the man to our house.

Chapter 2

Daniel got up with a heavy headache , Kaira was cleaning the room by then and heard a noise from the bed she turned to see Daniel trying to open his eyes lazily until he finally opened his eyes. " Doctor Song doctor Song he is awake !" Kaira ran out of the room shouting, doctor Song came back with Kaira to see his patient struggling to to sit up "Kaira please bring me the medecin I just cooked" doctor Song asked Kaira to doctor Song order , Kaira left immediately. Doctor Song gave Daniel water and helped him to rest on his pillow, After a while , Kaira came back with the medecin in a small bowl and handed it to doctor Song " drink this it might be bitter but that is what kept you alive until now and it will help you recover more quickly" he explained while feeding Daniel with the medecin .

After that, doctor Song and Kaira left the room to let Daniel rest well, he has been unconscious for a week and was still feeling weak .

Doctor Song and Kaira came back later with a bowl of food very nourishing . Daniel was forced to finish the bowl of food out of his wish by doctor Song and Kaira. When Daniel was done eating , doctor Song asked "what is your name?" " I don't remember" was the answer of Daniel " any memory from your family? " " no sir, I can't even remember anything how did I even get myself here?"Daniel spoke with a frightened expression .Doctor Song took Daniel hand and looked at his pulse before confirming his thought " you are suffering from temporal amnesia,you shall remember when the right time comes"" do you want to know what happened?" doctor Song asked Daniel with patience"after a while Daniel nodded

"you got yourself into an accident the person with whom you were in the car and the two people in the other car died on spot you're lucky to have survived. The only thing that was saved from the accident is you and that thanks to my daughter. She moved you out of the car just before it caught fire " doctor Song said to Daniel and the later was dumbfounded. As they were talking Kaira entered the room with a tray of food in her hands and a graceful smile on her face .

Chapter 3

Kaira saw the guy she saved looking at her she she walked to doctor Song and the guy and placed the food on the small table near the bed. She then walked up to the guy " hello my name is Kaira and I am the daughter of doctor Song"Kaira said with a smile before sending her hand for a handshake, her hand however got hang in the air. Daniel was mesmerised by the beauty of the girl the very minute his eyes landed on her all he saw in her was calm, gentleness and kindness.

Doctor Song found the situation awkward before saying to Kaira "dear our patient has a temporal amnesia he doesn't know his name I think you should found him a name"
