4. The Offer

I glanced at her. If you ever want to rejoin a pack you’re more than welcome to join mine. We don’t have a new medic yet and our pack doctor is very old. I sighed. I appreciate it Tyler and I’ll consider it but I can’t. Not now. Give me your card then Lilah. That way if he dies and I can’t find an interim pack doctor I can call you. I hesitated for a bit then sighed. You can call but no guarantees I’ll go. Fair enough. Thank you really. Thank you for not sending your pack to rip me to pieces. Much appreciated. I nodded and left. I laid there. She’s amazing. I’ll get her to the pack at some point. I feel weirdly connected to her. I’ll have to ask my parents about that pack. I’m curious. I woke up at sunrise and she was up. Morning. I didn’t think you’d be up. I like to be up to see the sun when I can. Brings me peace before I start the day. Coffee? Please. Thank you. She arched a brow. What? You sure you’re an alpha? Not trying to be offensive but they usually demand and they definitely don’t have manners. He rose an eyebrow. You’ve met the wrong kind of alphas then. We get a bad rep but the alphas that were truly destined to become one aren’t like that. Those are usually jerks that challenged the original pack Alpha or invaded that pack and killed him. I was thinking that maybe if you came to the pack for awhile your wolf might make an appearance. I frowned. Tyler I appreciate what you’re trying to do but I don’t know if I want her to. I’ve been on my own for 11 years. I don’t know that I want change right now.
