Justin's POV
I concentrated on my laptop trying to process what she just said. Is she being serious right now?
“What are you talking about?” I asked sounding irritated.
“Yeah. Mom thinks you need to take pre-wedding pictures with Angela. You need to come home” she repeated and I scoffed.
“You do know I am at work right? I said and I could swear she rolled her eyes at what I said. She always do.
“Yep. But work doesn't stops you from doing your manly duties right? You are a soon to be husband “ she reminded me and I clenched my fists in anger.
That s**t.
“And what if I said I'm not interested?” I said with a low voice.
“Well, I know Dad won't be so pleased about that, so you better get your asses here to do what needs to be done” she sighed and I clenched my fists again.
My father. My family. Duties. Marriage. Husband. I hate those words so much that I could stab them if they were visible.
My dad has a great hold on me, like I literally cannot say no to him no matter what the situation is. I have learnt to never say no to him. I am used to doing his biddings like a puppet.
I took my phone and suitcase and left for home.
Angela's POV
I have been sitting at the Theodore's mansion since morning time. To think that I never thought of stuffs like pre-wedding pictures or couple moments. I guess my wedding is so complicated that I can't validate all of that.
No question and answer segment for the media to feast on, no proposal video. My wedding is just so robotic.
I had fun with Justin's sister, Annie who was the one that orchestrated our pre-wedding pictures. To be honest, I don't really know much about the Theodores. Even as young children , they did not study in the country.I guess I only knew about Justin and his father because they are my daddy's direct business partner.
Annie is a sport, she is very friendly and talks freely. She is telling me some things she thinks I should know about Justin. She is so free spirited that with the little time I have spent with her, I have come to love her.
She was the one who glammed me up for my wedding. She helped me fit my dress and I was prepped for my photoshoot session.
From our chats,I got to know that we actually went to the same college, I don't really know her when I was still in college. I haven't even met her once.
Just in the middle of our chitchat, Justin walked in, immediately Annie is all over him acting like a spoilt baby sister with Justin indulging her. It came as a surprise to me because I have never seen his not grumpy side before. I guess he is jovial with his family while he acts like the lord's of the rings outside.
He got dressed in the attire that was Annie picked for him and we were set.
The photographer came in shortly and the whole process began. The few times I've had photoshoot sessions, it was with either my family members or my friends but I guess it is about to change now.
Right before my eyes, the already beautiful sitting room was turned into a standard studio with crazy lightings and superb decor suitable for a bridal photoshoot.
I almost gasped at the transformation. It is time to start taking the pictures. I looked on in confusion because it is definitely not me that will initiate the sessions.
Justin stepped into the stage and he started giving the most cute poses I know. Okayyy. It seems he is finally ready to do this. I also step onto the stage because, we are doing this together.
That was how Justin and I, two soon to be couples started giving sweet contented poses becaus
e this marriage is something none of us can oppose.
