Love at first sight - Love

I was playing with my dad in my room, when I saw a car pull up in front of the house next to ours. The car doors opened and a little boy with brown curly hair, big eyes and a cute smile jumped out. His parents came into view next, they were all looking at the house and smiled at each other. "Cute smile" stole the keys from his father's hand and ran to the front door. I heard him yell "I'll take the biggest room!". He stuck his tongue out at his parents and disappeared inside the house. They laughed, but just then a big truck stopped behind their car. My dad chose this moment to try and take my attention from our new neighbors. He didn't succeed though, i wanted to see that boy again and i guess i was lucky, because he appeared in the room that was opposite to mine, our windows were facing directly at one another. He smiled big, his eyes sparkling. I heard my dad chattering something about them, he said, that he hoped they would be nice so I could have a friend to play with and god i hoped so too.
