Kate's POV I walked out of the restaurant and just kept walking. No direction. I just knew I wasn't going back to the house I shared with Ronald, and I wasn't going to the apartment the Voss brothers had stashed me in for this "business trip." I had no idea where I needed to go to make the rage in my chest settle into something I could live with. My feet moved on their own.
