Two in One Day

After swimming in the water with Kasey all night, I had made up my mind. I was going to give in and go through this one night stand with both of them. I still wasn't talking to Kodi and decided that I would give it the rest of the day before I said anything to him about it. I stared up at my ceiling, willing myself to get up. I called in sick to work, which is great when you're your own boss. But I still had no desire to get up and go about my day.

The moment I had with Kasey was intense, and he made me want to at least see what it was like to be with my best friends. We never talked about their serial escapades, but I knew that they had an extensive one. However, first thing first, I need to end the auction. I rolled over to my nightstand and grabbed my laptop, and logged in to the site. The bids were already up to 5k, and as much as I wanted the money and could have used it for good, it kind of made me feel like I was selling myself. However thinking about it these two had no right to dictate what I do and don't do. I keep going back and forth in my head about what to do. So instead of killing it I left it up, if they really wanna do this they're just gonna have to outbid someone else for it.

Satisfied with that, I looked at the time to see it was only seven in the morning. Since sleep avoided me like the plague, I rolled over to put on some workout clothes and go for a jog. Stepping outside the cool air was a shock to the system, but it felt amazing. I jogged around the block and a large park that was located next to my house. When I returned home, Kasey's car was already in my driveway. He was never at my house this early. as a matter of fact, he never woke up this early, so why was he here now. I entered my house through the back door. I tried to go up my back stairs when I heard him call out to me.

"Are you trying to hide from me Lexie?"

"Why would I be trying to hide from you Kasey?" I yelled at him refusing to go near him. I don't want to see the smug smile on his face just yet when I tell him that I agree to be with them.

"I don't know you tell me," he asked emerging from my dining room looking at me with a hint of a smirk on his face, " you're the one using your back door instead of the front because I assume you saw my car. I knew you weren't here already I checked when I got here."

"It's my house I can use whatever door I want. Besides what are you doing here this early anyway it's not like you. You don't even go to work this early so what do you want?"

His eyes darkened as he stalked toward me climbing the three steps to get to me pinning me with a glare. I swallowed hard as I looked at him. He smelled delicious I licked my lips subconsciously. "Better go take that shower Lexie, I'll see you when you get out."

"Kodi!" I called out to him, he turned around and his eyes grew wide as he took in my state of dress.

"Sorry Allie, Kasey told me you were up here, I wanted to talk yo you about the other day and say I'm sorry."

"Kasey sent you up here ?" _Bastard_ I though to myself. "Where is he now?"

"He said he'd be back he was gonna go to the store"

"Listen Allie I can come back in a few minutes if you wanna get dressed."

"It's a little too late for that, don't you think you're already up here. If you didnt find me in my room i assume you heard the shower going but stayed anyway."

I really don't want you to be pissed at me. What can I do to make it better? Please tell me I'll do anything."

I knew what Kasey was doing it wasn't going to work I'm not forgiving him that easy.

"You ever speak to me that way again were done being friends. If I give you a second chance that's it, hurt me again say the things you said again and we're done you got.me."

"Yes I do so you forgive me?"

"No! Not even close!"

His face fell when I said that. I shouldn't want to hurt his feeling but f**k him. He looked up at me with a dark gaze. I gulped not knowing where this was heading.
