  Ryland   I had purposely got up early and out of the door before Gracie woke up. I couldn’t face her, not after the way I treated her last night. Yes, I was wasted, but that didn’t mean I didn’t remember. Not only that, I wasn’t ready to talk about yesterday, and I sure as hell was not prepared to tell her that Matty was my damn half-brother!
