My grin faltered slightly. Now that he mentioned it, I did feel a little rushed. We'd only known each other for a few hours, but there was something about Mandy…. I couldn't quite explain it, but I felt drawn to her in a way that I just couldn't ignore, or maybe I was just overthinking things.
