MARCELLO The air carried the store attendant's laughter to my ear, and I folded my lips into my mouth, almost biting it in frustration. Did this man actually think he could rob $5000 off me? Well, yes he did think so. I ducked my head to the side while ruminating. And as things stood at the moment, I didn't seem to possess the luxury of choices. I was in a tight corner. The demand for $5000 or I wouldn't have access to the footage. Was it all worth it? I did desperately need it, but handing some guy $5000 just because he had somewhat manipulated his way into having the upper hand, infuriated me.
