It would be a difficult thing to reconcile to herself … despite her dreams, she wasn’t a promiscuous woman. At least, not until last night. And last night was delicious, naughty and intoxicating. Would everything she did be like that? Was that what her life would be like from now on, always exciting, always new? Jocelyn looked around her tawdry one-room apartment. Her furniture was from the thrift store, mismatched. Her curtains were made of sheets. The artworks on the walls were posters of pretty scenes, waterfalls and rainbows, places she had never been to but had always wanted to visit.
