I knew I was supposed to be angry, or at least fight for a bit longer to register my protest. But the moment that wizard cast his spell over me, I forgot everything.
Carlos finally showed his true self, the one he hid behind the strong Alpha façade. For the first time ever in our relationship, he let his vampire self free in front of me.
