"We're home." My mom annouces parking her car in the drive way I smile looking up at our house I've been in the hospital for about a week and two days the doctor said he wanted to see if my head and leg would heal well.
I open the car door grabbing my crutches I'll have them for 3 weeks then they are gone. I wobble to the front door with my mom behind me carrying my duffel bag. My mom fumbles with the house keys she opens the front door I walk in first my heart almost jumping out my chest when my friends scream.
