Inside the elevator, uneasiness filled the 4 corners while our eyes tried to roam around making sure we will never meet each other’s'. Who would ever feel fine with what happened a while ago? He has surprised me quite a lot of times already!
A part of me is extremely happy that I finally am with someone I was dying for a long time to be with but my emotions are all mixed up because of how his surprises have always caught me in my ugliest state.
Our discomfort was added when metallic walls kept us glancing at our own reflections and when we would catch us looking at each other, there was a thread-like link between us but none dared to keep that link up since we both still were kind of awkward alone in a small space.
