Chapter-10

 Three feet size, a green-colored skin with light green eyes and pointed ears with the face structure kind of similar to human was hanging on John's hand. It was trying to escape from the tight grasps of John but give up at the end. John was enjoying watching little things shaking its body and moving forcefully, trying to escape but John never thought green Globin can be cute. He always imagines Globin being a part of the ugliness as the novels always described.

"L-leave me" little goblin.

"Why should I?"

"W-what no, you stupid human leave me" little Globin.

John didn't say a word and stare at him constantly. This made little Golbin more uncomfortable and scared. Its body started trembling.

"Now tell me, why you were stalking me?"

"I-i was just looking at you because you walk out from the f*******n cave" he closes his eyes in fear while speaking with his shaken voice.

"haha," I chuckle looking at the globin. "what is your name?" I put down the little globin slowly on the ground but I didn't loosen his grasp.

"M-Martin" he responses in a low voice.

"Do you know a near place or village around this jungle?"

"I-i k-know but..." Martin stopped in the middle of speaking.

"but? " I looked at the Martin, whose face was showing fear. " don't worry, I won't harm you. I just need a place where I can rest and have good food" I leave my hand and patted his head softly.

Martin seems easily happy and relieved after getting petting. He said in a friendly tone " I will show you the place but in return what will I get?"

I was dumbfounded after hearing Martin. I thought what would even a child need anything. "what do you want?"

"First, you will give or do the things I asked?" Martin smirked.

" It depends " I answered him simply.

" Than it also depends where I would take" Martin

" You are young to make a deal. So, hurry to take me the place or disappear right here by my hand" I was out of patience and pointed my sharp dagger in Martin's throat.

"ha-ha, I was kidding" Martin's voice trembled a bit, and the sweat on his forehead can be seen. " I just need some crystals you founded inside the f*******n cave"

" Just those?" I looked at Martin with a confused face.

Martin didn't say a word but nod his head slowly being cautious of a sharp dagger.

I put the dagger away "you should have said earlier, I will give you as much as you like but first, show me the way"

"Follow me" Martin

John followed Martine and after some hour crossing the jungle, they reached a village filled with lots of globins and short men. The village was tiny, clean, and made of beautiful sculptures everywhere. The houses were made of stones and wood and the gardens were well maintained. It was out of the imagination for John, he continues admiring the beauty of the village.

"Are they dwarf?"

"Yes, they are Mr? I am sorry but can I ask your name?" Martin

"Call me Liam" I can't tell him my name is John. I will just use my past life name.

"oh, Mr.Liam" Martin smiled and continue his walk.

We reached a hotel across the short bridge of the village. The hotel seems old from the outside but inside, you can see lots of humans are drinking and eating food. Some were hunters, some were merchants, some were travelers, and other some unidentified people also. I sighed and feel relief after not seeing a single person from my academy.

"Don't stare like that and be careful" Martine pulled down my sleeves and whispered. He sounds a bit alarming about this place. I looked at him and nodded smiling at him.

I followed Martin to the backroom of the counter.

"Uncle Adam" Martin hugged a dwarf. Who has hair was long white braids, a wrinkled face, and eyes looked like a cold with the hipster white beard. He was wearing fine and neat casual clothing and was looking like a kind of gentleman.

" oh, Martin how are you doing my boy?" He hugged back Martin and glance at the place I was standing. "And, who is this young man?"

"This is Mr.Liam" Martin

"And why he is here?" Uncle Adam

"He needs a place to eat and sleep and in return, he is going to give some crystals" Martin

I take my step a little forward "Hello, Mr. Adam, I am Liam and I was hoping to get the best service from your place"

Mr. Adam study John for a bit and looked at his torn-down clothes and dirty appearance.

"The best services are only for VIPs" Mr. Adam

Ah, another businessman, I thought and take out the single midnight blue crystal and handed it to Mr. Adam. Mr. Adam was amazed to see the midnight blue crystal on his hand "W-where did you get it?" He looked flustered.

Martin was stunned looking at his uncle's behavior, Mr. Adam who never felt shaken or showed any kind of emotion in his entire life is suddenly showing every kind of emotion. "He walked out of the f*******n cave," Martin said in the lowest voice.

"WHATTTTTT?" this time Mr. Adam was more shocked, he felt he was getting dizzy.

"Uncle Adam" Martin quickly grab Mr. Adam and helped him to sit near the old chair. I handed a glass of water to him and he looked at me with curious eyes. Me. Adam looks seems he has lots of questions to ask but he was holding himself as much he could. And after a few minutes, he was back to himself. Mr. Adam doesn't want to lose his pride in front of strangers. He was back to his cold and calm self. "You will have the best service here"

"Thank you, but I hope you would keep this little talk a secret" I grinned.

"Of course Mr.Liam" Mr.Adam smiled, it was neither friendly nor hostile.
