An Mingyi lay on her bed as she stared out the window, her mind traveling back to hundreds of light years ago .

In the Light Realm

A young An Mingyi sat alone in her room reading. Bored, she looked out the window and saw a little doll at the bottom of the stairway, trying to climb up but fell due to its short legs . It got up angrily and tried again, falling on his bottom.

An Mingyi laughed and went outside to help it .

However the doll refused to be carried, especially when she was still laughing. He felt insulted and kicked, causing them both to tumble down and ended up at the feet of two elders.

The pale, black haired man who she assumed was a guest picked up the little doll. From that height, she could see the doll clearly. It was a pretty boy with cute, delicate features and long black hair. His glowing red eyes twinkled as he smiled, revealing his cute canines.

She was puzzled, as no one in the Light Realm had that unique hair and eye color. Upon excusing herself, she was told by her tutor that the little doll was a demon.

She couldn't believe it at first. She had been told stories about demons and she knew that they were evil and cunning beings who tricked innocent people. So that pretty boy was a demon? How disgusting. Perhaps he used his powers to enchant her .

She never saw him again until the Coming of Age Selection ,where he defeated and humiliated her in front of the entire crowd. Since then , they became sworn enemies.

As she finished reminiscing, she clenched her fist. She must win this time! She would humiliate him and finally show him his place!
