Lexie allowed Varden lead her into the restaurant they had reserved for their late lunch. Thankfully, Oliver had called her to have something done at human resources, which had actually been good for her as she had managed to keep her mind off thinking about that damn woman, and the fact that she had almost missed spending lunch time with Varden.
“Okay…here you go..” Varden leaned into her ear from behind, as he pulled the chair out for her to sit down.
