INARA’s POV.
The moment I enter my class, all eyes turn on me. A hush falls on the class and now I am left wondering what the hell is actually going on.
“Someone came to look for you, Inara,” one of my classmates tells me.
“Who?”
I am pretty sure it is not Mr. Velazquez because he actually came to drop me off in school and Rocco knows more than to come to my school so who the heck actually came to look for me.
“Chris from management” she replies, “and he was pretty upset about not finding you”
“Chris?” That name actually sounds familiar but I do not know exactly where I heard it.
I am still wondering when a hand taps my shoulder and I raise my head to meet his gaze. Of course, it is this Chris, I should have known.
I didn’t know Mr Valezquez had released him from prison.
