“Adam Peaty has claimed the top spot for Britain in the Men"s 100m breaststroke at the Summer Olympics in Rio. The win is Team GB"s first Gold of the Games, the first by a male British swimmer in 24 years, and sets a new world record. The 21-year-old from Uttoxeter completed the 100m stroke in 57.13 seconds.
