Well i’m glad gym class flew by because looking at his rocking hot body was getting to me. Wait what am i saying you know you like looking at his body that eight pack and those drop dead biceps like oh my. My inner wolf gracie said she had been putting all kinds of images in my mind when we were in gym i want to choke her out. Look i don’t care if you gave him until Wednesday i’m going to make you live in hell until then so get used to it darlin. gracie you’re being a total b***h right now it’s only like two days what the f**k. Don’t you darlin me if i could so hurt you right now i would. With that i blocked her out of my mind she was giving me a headache. I grabbed my stuff English, gym, and math were the only classes i had today then i can leave.
I walked to math class i was in the back looking out the window when the schools “ queen bee” Joy came up to me “ so what’s up with you and Kace?” stupid human let me at this b***h. gracie stop and shut the f**k up. “ look it’s really none of your business. So just drop it.” i said still looking out the window. “ what the hell did you just say to me?” oh no here we go gracie is starting to want to take control and she starting to get it. My eyes change from icy blue to a storm cloud gray “ darlin if you didn’t hear me then you need to clean your ears i’m not a fan of repeating things twice. Now you can go take a seat or i can put you in one alright.” gracie was pissed and i was to i was in control but so was she Joy wouldn’t stand a chance if i let gracie have full control. I saw fear come to Joy’s face and every head in the turned to me and her oh no i’m never the center a anything and now i am f**k. What have i done i sat back down and Joy went and found a seat far away from mine which was a good thing.
Math went by and with the bell ringing i was out of the room and out of the front door of the school in no time i can’t believe that happened what the hell was i thinking was i even thinking. I walked to a meadow in the woods it was my favorite spot the grass was green flowers bloomed in all different colors and bird chirped. There was an easy breeze which brought the smell of fresh flowers and pine to my nose i sat under a big tree and i got out my sketchbook and started to draw. After about an hour or two i put my stuff up and walked home. I got there just to find my horrible uncle standing in the door this is going to be a long night i thought. “ what the hell do you have to say for yourself you’re a nobody and you thought you could just change that?” yelled in my face he hasn't hit me since i was ten. He use to hit me all the time he didn’t like me because i was a nobody i wasn’t like Max i loved my brother i did but sometimes i wished he wasn’t so well him.
“ I asked you a question you know what happens when you don’t answer me?” i looked at him he was drunk oh no he fell off the wagon he stopped hitting me because he stopped drinking now he is drinking. I looked around the room there was nothing i could use my only hope was to turn and run and that’s what i did. He was drunk and for a werewolf to get drunk it takes a lot. I ran for the door flung it open and kept running he was yelling but i didn’t stop.holy cow. I thought he was done with this i guess not.i thought to myself. Great now i have nowhere to go looks like im going the window. Are you crazy. He will catch us then what?huh? Look i’m just grabbing my stuff for school and then we can leave and never come back. What? You can’t just go rogue. You’re a hunter. We can’t leave.i’m leaving the pack i’m leaving that house. I know i’m hunter. Max doesn't even live there anymore so it’s ok if i leave.
I went in the window of my room. I grabbed a bag out from under my bed.i threw all my clothes in the bag, then made my way to the bathroom i packed everything in the bathroom i was ready to leave.Wait the money under the bed get it. why ? wait nevermind. I looked under my bed and found my other bag and grabbed it then jumped out the window the same one i came in. i walked along the sidewalk it was dark and cold i knew i should have wear pants today. Mate. mate is nearby. What we are in the middle of nowhere. “ shortcake. What are you doing out here with bags and in shorts. It’s freezing out here.”kace said looking sad he walked up he looked at my hand a growled. I looked down and saw a thin line of blood i must have done that when i jumped out the window. “ WHAT. HAPPENED.?” the anger was clear on his face it made me jump his face softened. “ i-i have nowhere to go. I left my house.” tears clouded my eyes “ you are coming home with me. You are mine and you will be safe with me.” kace picked me up on his back and grabbed my bags. I laid my head on his shoulder and my hands were wrapped under his arm and looped over while my legs were around his waist. I must have fall asleep because when i opened my eyes we were in front of a beautiful house. He opened the door a women screamed i tried to hide my head but he chuckled and put me down i hide behind him his 6’4 frame easily hide my 5’0 frame.
