Charlie went along with Jackie. Did Cassy really not want to be with him? Why was she running to an old woman he barely knew?
Slowly walking into the police station, Cassy came into his full view, her tear stained face and pink flushed cheeks tugging at his heart. Why was she crying?
The police tried to get her away from the old woman, but she resisted and tried to fight them off.
"I'm sorry, Nana!" she cried and there was no stopping Charlie. He ran to her and took her into his arms.
"What happened, darling?" he cooed, almost getting teary eyed himself.
"Daddy, please tell Nana that I'm sorry. I didn't mean to lie to her!" Cassy cried.
Call it the gut feeling of a parent, but Charlie understood what was going on.
"I'm sorry, but may I speak to you for a second?" he asked the woman
