Sekar, still upset, stepped out of her room, her expression subdued. Demian, however, couldn't hide his relief as Sekar finally opened the door. He smiled widely, grateful for the opportunity to explain himself. "Thank you for giving me a chance," Demian said, his voice sincere. Sekar's decision to open the door was a sign, he believed, that she was willing to hear him out. Without hesitation, Demian wrapped his arms around Sekar, pulling her close.
