I had not thought that coming to the Ice Pack would be a bad idea. All I wanted, when I was in the Lycan Pack, was to run away from Axel, and never return. Seeing him in his monster self, killed my sense of reasoning and all I could think of was how to survive. I also could not make Alaila suffer with me, that was the reason I made her leave. I made her return to her family.
After separating from Alaila, I could not think of any safe place to go because I knew none. To me, the best place to return to, where I would not be bothered for being treated badly was the Ice Pack. But I never thought of the day, I will get entangled in a situation I knew nothing about and end up as a slave.
