Lisa's Pov

Coming back for South Korea had been a big deal to everyone. I left my well paying job there because of a fool who calls himself my boyfriend. Looking back at it now, he never really behaved like one. I was the one who asked him out, I was the one who celebrate our first anniversary together, I was the one who did everything in the relationship and now, I was the first to break up with him. Although I knew leaving Korea was a really bad choice for me, I knew deep inside, that was what was best for me at the time. Now, am sitting down on the fine beautiful sand of Hawaii beach and I can't be more pleased.

"Lisa, Lisa.... " I felt someone shake me. It was my mom. "Can you hear me at all? What are you thinking about? I've been talking to you for use little tent we put up for our little picnic. Mom andj Dad were my biggest supporters. I don't know if it's because I'm their only child or because I'm just special but they've always taken care of me a little too much.

After eating, we played some games together and set back home. They gave me a picnic outing because I had been down ever since I came back from South Korea and I must say, the picnic did it. I decided to put Anthony behind me and focus on my future. I decided to go outside and look for a new job. That night, I looked a few companies that would be out to hire me and I took notes of them. Among all the companies I found, BigLove Ventures and Sterling Enterprise were the biggest week later, most of the companies sent me an email saying there was no vacant position and that they were all busy and won't be able to find me a slot in their company. All but three companies responded to my application. Sterling Enterprise, BigLove Ventures and Crown Enterprise, usually know as the Big 3 were yet to respond to my application. I kept praying to get accepted into at least one of the companies. Few days later, BigLove Ventures contacted and told me the same thing all other companies had been saying but there was nothing from Sterling Enterprise and Crown Enterprise. in the country and I was determined to get a job in one of the companies.

A week later, most of the companies sent me an email saying there was no vacant position and that they were all busy and won't be able to find me a slot in their company. I kept praying to get accepted into at least one of the companies. Few days later, BigLove Ventures contacted and told me the same thing all other companies had been saying but there was nothing from Sterling Enterprise and Crown Enterprise.

One evening, I decided to go to a bar and drink away my sorrow. I had no friends to take since most of my friends were Asian. I made sure to look as beautiful as I could then booked an Uber and headed straight for Rubix, one of the best, or should I say, the best bar/ night club in the country.

On getting there, I went to the counter, sat and ordered my drinks. I didn't even know when I got drunk. I had already drunk to much and was about to pass out when a handsome looking guy sat beside me. He wore suit and asked for a VIP card. While he was waiting, he noticed the bar attendant and I were bickering but looked away. I looked at his face and mistook him for Anthony.

"Hey babe, what are you doing here? I thought you were in soeul"

"....."

"Why aren't you replying me? Say something" I said tugging on his suit but failed to notice that his face had turned deathly cold. The bar attendant noticed it and tried to pull me away from but I shrugged him off

"Let me talk to my baby" I told the bar attendant. Facing the guy, I said "Anthony, don't you think we need to talk after everything"..

Meanwhile, the guy's face had turned cold to the extent that if staring at someone could kill, I'd be dead over a hundred times.

The guy then told the bar attendant "I'll come back for the card, please"

He was about to leave when I clung into him like a Kaola "Don't leave me again, you asshole. I'll never forgive you if you do"

Apparently, his guards noticed it and came to drag me outside. They left me there and went. After taking a nap on the street, I became self aware and flagged down a taxi which took me home.
