13. A WIFE

I liked to think that my mental health was in order; well, I got sad at times, and there was anxiety too, but importantly, I never had any forms of hallucinations, and I never heard anything that wasn't quite there. That was until recently, until that morning. Now I was seriously doubting everything that I knew, because I was pretty sure I was hearing things.
It was Monday morning, and I was preparing to leave for work. I had a lot of things to work on; there was the issue of Erikson's advertising to deal with, and the entire company really. New expansions to be done; there was always something; it was a typical Monday morning, but then security called. Someone was at the gate, someone who claimed to be my wife. I was pretty sure that I was hearing things then. E
