Chapter 6
SoldiersThe little party walked along the path leading down from the mountains further into Erian. They intended to pick up the road that they had travelled the year before, leading from Erian's capital, Frelli, through a pass towards the Grosmerian town of Meridore. They were not feeling very cheerful though. The parting with Grnff and Tadra had been sad as they all had a liking for the huge creature, and did not know when they would next encounter him or his mate and cubs.
Thadora had hugged both the yeti and Tadra, her namesake. The cub had clung to her father, still terrified of all strangers, even those who had rescued her and her father obviously trusted. Grnff was optimistic that with the love of her family and the rest of the tribe of yeti, her trauma would eventually
