ShocksThe day after their meal with Wolnarb, the Wolves met in Randa's room. Carthinal stood looking out of the window, idly leaning against the wall. The Horselords sat on one of the sofas, Kimi curled up and leaning against Davrael who had his arm protectively around her as she snuggled against him. The Cat paced the room restlessly and Randa sat upright in a chair, looking every inch the duchess she was to be after her father's death, with her silver hair flowing loose over her shoulders to her waist. All were wearing clothes left for them by servants similar to those they had worn the previous evening. Davrael was the first to speak.
