Under a bright morning sun, Linh and Fiona thanked Mawana and Mocco properly for keeping them safe in Blue Bay, and everyone said goodbye to the cousins, then watched the Urai ships preparing to sail from the deck of Ruarnon’s ship. Mocco waved to Tarata as each boarded their own ship, and Tither clapped his arm around Mawana with a force that would probably knock anyone else down, as father and son boarded Tither’s ship.
Linh sighed. She was still a bit on edge, struggling to relax the tension in her shoulders. She had to remind herself how effectively Flariah had detained the sorcerers, although sitting opposite them and translating for them had been unnerving.
