Preparation: Ruarnon
Ruarnon stood by the rocky shore of Blue Bay with their companions, watching a North Lander ship carrying Jandar set sail, while rowboats ferried western sailors to their ships. The North Lander rulers had acknowledged Ruarnon as High King and assured them that North Lander Law Keepers could secure Jandar while he served a life sentence of forced labour.
Ruarnon turned to Dargus and Poran.
