After the party, everyone came to our place. My mum wanted to spend some more time with Mia, so my dad had to accompany her. Matteo also came because he said he had something to discuss with me.
After chatting for hours, my mum said to Mia, “you need to rest now, my dear. Come, I'll take you to your room.”
I also got up instantly as I was waiting for this and was ready to go to my room, but my mum stopped me.
“Where are you going, Xavier?” She asked, placing her hands on her hips.
“I am also going to my room, Mum. I need to rest too.” I said, shrugging my shoulders.
