Kane kept a close eye on me for months after the incident had transpired, never allowing me a moment to be alone. Apparently, Seth had expressed some concern for my mental stability after taking someone’s life so Kane had made it a point to keep me as busy as possible, thinking it would pull my thoughts away from that day, but it did no good. Her face haunted me nightly, demanding justice, cursing me and my whole bloodline. I saw her behind every corner and in every face that even slightly resembled her.
