It was the strangest thing, hearing my Lycan’s voice outside of my own head and actually being able to hear her words through my ears instead of as mere thoughts. I turned my head around in surprise, wondering what it would be like to actually talk to her face to face for the first time. The sight of her, as she skulked toward where I sat, was both terrifying and beautiful, her all white coat shimmering under the moonlight. Nikita took a seat beside me, warming with her soft fur as we stared up at the moon together.
“So I'm guessing the potion ended up being a bit much for us to handle after all” I mumbled to myself. Nikita simply nodded in reply, as she lowered to her belly, placing her enormous head on my lap.
