Selia struggled against her bonds. The chains that bound her hands and feet were tight against her skin, carving red welts into her. "Any luck?" she asked Tenno. She was chained to a boulder, kicking furiously against the dirt. "Of course not. Would I still be here?" she hissed. The two of them were somewhere in the eastern plains, sheltered in a copse of trees. It was a dark night, all the stars hidden by thick clouds. The Urts that had captured them were lazing about the copse, paying them little attention. Some of them were gnawing on slabs of raw meat, tearing them apart with sharp teeth.
