Again I saw her

David P.O.V.

After taking off, I thought about taking my mom to the park. I feel that my mom feels lonely because she lives alone in the house.

After taking a shower, I called my mom and informed her that we were going out. She looked happy and after nodding, she left to change her clothes.

I called my manager, meanwhile. "David, I am ready", mom yelled at me when she saw me again engrossed in my work. "Coming mom", I replied immediately.

I took my car and told the driver to rest. After approximately 1 hour of driving, we reached the park. My mom liked this park so much because, unlike any park, this park is calmer and fewer people were there. We sat on the bench and she again started convincing me about marriage. I know why she wants me to get married, she thought after marriage. I have become more responsible and started giving respect to girls. Suddenly, my phone started vibrating , I saw my manager's name had appeared. I know there is some emergency. Otherwise, he will not call me because I already warned him. So after excusing myself, I answered the call. "You know I don't like it when someone disobeys me", I yelled at him. " Sorry sir, but Mr. parker, cancel our deal", he informed me timidly. I know this deal is important, because I want this tender at any cost. " Ok, try to find out the reason why he backed out of this deal". I ordered him and cut the call. After disconnecting the call, I went back to my mom. Then I saw a girl holding my mom in her embrace. My anger reached a peak with the thought of someone harming my mom. I reached there and yelled at her. She flinched at my voice and yelled back at me. No one raised their voice in front of me, and this girl had the audacity to answer me arrogantly. I was about to grab that girl, when my mom held my hand and took me back to that car. I drove silently. When we arrived, my mom glared at me. I know she tries hard to resist herself from scolding me. "David, why can't you talk nicely with any girl? She just helped me", she said to me in a cold tone. I ran my finger to my head frustratingly because I knew I didn't have any answer to her question. Mom left me alone and I drove to my company. First I should talk with Mr. Parker, Why did he cancel the deal? I Parked my car in my company's parking and ran to my cabin. When I entered, everybody stood from their place and greeted me and I just ignored them and asked my manager to come to my cabin.

"Good Afternoon sir", Dan greeted me as soon as he came to my cabin. "Why did Mr. parker cancel the deal, have you found out any reason yet?", I asked. "No sir, when I called his secretary she said that Mr. Parker did not want to sell that property due to his personal reason", he informed me. "OK, schedule my meeting with him tomorrow, I don't want to delay this project". I told him and he went back. I want this property by hook or by crook because it's my mother's dream to build an orphanage there and I cant afford to lose this project.

Next morning , I got ready for my meeting with Mr. Parker and convince him to give that property to me. "24, C block, Parkers & Group", I gave my driver the address. After reaching there, I entered his office. "Good morning, Mr. Knight, tell me how can I help", Mr. Parker said to me in a very calm tone. "Good morning, Mr. Parker, I assume you know my reason for coming here", I replied to him coldly. He thought of something then asked his secretary to give us some privacy. After that, she left. "I clearly told your manager that I don't want to sell this property right now", he said. "I know that, because I want that property and I remember that your company is currently not making any profit and if you don't accept my offer you are soon going to be bankrupt", I said to him.

After he rejected my offer, I asked my manager to do a background check on him, and by that I knew that his company was currently going through rough patches. His eyes widened as soon as he heard me. "I know my condition you don't need to tell me, I don't want to sell that property, do whatever you want to do, I know your time is valuable as well as mine, so please excuse me", he said to me after thinking something. "So ready to face the hell", I threatened him and left from his office by taking elevator.

When I reached the parking lot, I saw the same girl dressed perfectly in formal talking with a friend. She was laughing on the joke. I thought. I should apologize to her for my behavior. So I moved towards her. When I reached near her, I was stunned to hear her conversation with her friend. "Why don't you leave her, don't waste your time on her and get divorced", she said to her friend. "Emma, I love her , How can I leave her like this", he replied to her sadly. So her name was Emma. I thought about apologizing to her but I left from there. Every girl is the same gold digger and home spoiler.
